Keeping you and us safe at Level 2

Well we didn't want to be back here again, but while we are let's do our best 👌🏼💪🏻😇

Keeping to our  Savoy values, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all staff and clients while delivering a top class service, a few changes to how we operate have been made.
Please carefully read the following information and guidelines below so we can make rock this level 2 back to level 1 🙌🏻🙂

☀️ For everyones safety please do not come to your appointment if you have been sick or showing any signs of illness. 🤒

☀️ Our staff levels have changed  to reduce the number of clients/staff in the salon at any one time, allowing us to have better physical distance.

☀️ Our door is open, but if you could please arrive at your appointment on time and alone would be great, and as we have no waiting area please don't be offended if we ask for you to support the local coffee shop or businesses if we are running a little behind. 👌🏼🙂

☀️ We do have masks and will offer to wear one if you would like us to, so feel free to bring your own mask 😷

☀️ A clean salon we have always had, but our Hygiene and sanitation measures are now on steroids . So expect a freshly cleaned basin and work station to relax at.

☀️ Our waiting area has been disestablished, so please wait in you car till yr appointment or enjoy a coffee next door.

☀️ When you come into the salon, please sanitise/ cleanse your hands, then update your details to allow contact tracing. We have a QR code displayed 

☀️ We love all of your family and four legged friends, 🐕 but please come alone to your appointment. As everyone in salon needs to be seated.

☀️ There won’t be our usual hugs or handshakes, but there will be lots of smiling eyes and excitement to see you all.

☀️ Feel free to wash your own hair prior to your cut appointment, to minimise time spent insalon.

☀️ Paywave is available, we are still a cashless business.

We know there are a lot of changes to our new normal, and we appreciate your patience and loyalty.
We will continue to do our part in the fight against covid19 and provide you with a safe salon experience. ❤️
